Capita Recruiting Partnering Project is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to support candidates through the British Army recruitment journey. The role is full-time and permanent, based onsite at Upavon in Wiltshire, with a 37.5 hour week and a rotating shift pattern.
You will handle inbound calls, webchat inquiries, and maintain accurate records, guiding candidates through the recruitment process with a patient, empathetic approach and strong teamwork in a supportive office environment.

Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor and play a vital role in supporting candidates on their journey to joining the British Army. Every interaction you have will help guide individuals through the recruitment process and provide them with the information and support they need to take their next step.
