Capita Recruiting Partnering Project in Aldershot is seeking a Recruiter on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity until 31 March 2027. You will interview candidates, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and lead attraction events to promote Army careers.

Role involves collaboration with educational providers, managing diverse stakeholders, and utilising social media for recruitment. A full UK driving licence and Army recruitment familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Interviewing candidates and guiding them through the recruitment journey.
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing candidates and supporting them through their bespoke recruitment journey.
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise awareness of Army careers.
• Working with educational providers to promote Army career awareness.
• Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Using social media tools to attract and engage candidates.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• IT literate with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Holding a full UK driving licence (own transport required).
• Familiarity with Army Careers or recruitment experience is advantageous.
