Capita Recruiting Partnering Project in Aldershot is seeking a Recruiter on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity until 31 March 2027. You will interview candidates, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and lead attraction events to promote Army careers.

Role involves collaboration with educational providers, managing diverse stakeholders, and utilising social media for recruitment. A full UK driving licence and Army recruitment familiarity are advantageous.

Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as a Recruiter in Aldershot.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback. This is a Fixed Term Contract role to cover maternity until 31st March 2027.

What you'll be doing:

• Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers
• Working with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
• Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates
• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite
• Full UK drivers licence (due to location of office, need to have own transport)
• Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage
