Manufacturer of high-quality School Uniforms are looking for a talented and highly motivated Field Sales Executive to join their team. They sell bespoke logo and standard non printed items of school uniform into independent school uniform retailers across the UK. The company’s existing sales team are high energy individuals and the whole workforce are collaborative and really enjoy what they do.
The role of the Field Sales Executive will be to manage and grow around 60 existing accounts in the South West and Wales with a big emphasis on new business development in order to grow turnover on the territory. You will be given targets on existing and target accounts.
To be considered for this role you need to have a minimum of 5 years field sales experience and a proven track record in success. What you have sold is not so important but anybody from an FMCG or selling to retail background would have an advantage. Attitude and drive is the single most important thing for this role and you should really want to make your mark within the sales team. You need to be an experienced territory planner and genuinely have a passion for winning new business.
