Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Covering North of UK (North Birmingham up to Scotland)
Salary: Starting at £42,500 + depending on experience (Car Allowance, Pension, Profit Share Scheme + 25 days holiday)

The Role
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within the North territory.
- Identify and prioritize potential industrial sector clients within the assigned territory.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
- Conduct engaging sales presentations, demonstrations, and meetings to showcase their range of self-adhesive solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer service, technical support, and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to monitor performance and guide decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and enhance brand visibility within the North territory.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Tape, Adhesive & Abrasives.
- 3M products experience desirable.
- Deep understanding of the industrial sector, including regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while working independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
