Job summary

Blue Triangle is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the operational management of our services in Oban and Inverness. You will ensure the organization’s vision, values, and mission are achieved, with responsibility for safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless individuals.

The role is 35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with travel and expenses to be discussed at interview. You will report to the Head of Service Delivery, providing leadership to service management teams and developing

Qualifications

• Registered manager with SSSC and current registration.
• Minimum SCQF Level 9 (SVQ4) required.
• Experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of services in Oban & Inverness to meet strategic goals.
• Lead Service Management teams and ensure policy adherence.
• Maintain relationships with Care Inspectorate, commissioners, and local authorities.
• Contribute to service development in line with legislation and best practice.
