Blue Triangle (Glasgow) Housing Association Limited is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations in Oban & Inverness, ensuring safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people and delivering the association’s mission. The role is 35 hours per week with travel arrangements discussed at interview.

You will lead service management teams, implement policies, and work with Care Inspectorate, local authorities and partners to maintain high standards of care.

Qualificações

• Registered manager with SSSC.
• SCQF Level 9 (SVQ4) and experience leading a team.
• Knowledge of SSSC code of practice and care standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational management of Oban & Inverness services.
• Provide leadership to Service Management teams.
• Ensure Care Inspectorate standards are met.
• Develop relationships with Care Inspectorate, Commissioners and Local Authorities.
• Contribute to service development and evaluation under current legislation.
