Area Retail Manager £35,000 to £ £40,000 plus car & BONUS

Salary: £38,500 | OTE: £90,000 + comprehensive benefits package

With hundreds of sites already established and new locations launching every month this is an excellent opportunity to join a business experiencing significant momentum.

No previous industry experience is required; full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

We are recruiting an Area Retail Manager on behalf of our client. In this multi-site leadership role, you will oversee a designated region, driving performance, supporting Branch Managers, and ensuring high standards across all locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, motivating and developing Branch Managers to consistently achieve targets
  • Participating in daily conference calls to review performance and share updates
  • Conducting weekly 1-to-1 sessions with team leaders
  • Carrying out daily site visits across your region
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience as a Regional/Area Manager or similar multi-site leadership role
  • Demonstrable ability to drive high performance across teams
  • Strong people management and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confident leadership style
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
  • Strong numeracy skills and commercial awareness
