• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience on residential and commercial schemes.
• Proven experience with planning and building regulation submissions.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical drawings and detailed specifications.
• Assist in developing architectural designs across all RIBA stages.
• Conduct measured surveys and attend site visits.
