We are seeking an experienced Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist with 3+ years’ post qualification experience. Based in our vibrant, modern studio in central Cardiff, you’ll be part of a strong team dedicated to delivering ambitious and diverse projects.

You’ll take a leading role in managing the full construction lifecycle, contributing to impactful projects across a variety of sectors. From managing personnel to applying your exceptional technical skills, this is a chance to lead with impact and innovation.

What we’re looking for
  • 3+ years’ post qualification experience including leading projects.
  • Proficient in using Revit, generally tech savvy with good BIM understanding.
  • Exceptional design skills with a thorough knowledge of technical and construction information.
  • Experience in delivering architectural projects under traditional and design & build procurement routes.
  • Client focus & commercial awareness with experience of establishing and consolidating relationships to identify and realise business opportunities.
  • Collaborative team player with good motivation, influencing, people management and delegation skills.
  • Experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages from inception to traditional contract administration (desirable).
  • Legal knowledge relating to contracts, regulations, codes etc.
