A welcoming RIBA Chartered practice is seeking an Architect or experienced Part III in Beeston, Nottingham. This full-time, permanent position offers an excellent salary range of £28,000–£32,000 per annum and requires candidates to have at least 4 years of UK architectural experience. Applicants will work on diverse projects through all RIBA stages. A supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth and mentoring will be provided. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ full-time UK architectural experience required.
• Direct experience with UK planning and building regulations applications essential.
• Currently residing in the UK without overseas applications considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of architectural projects across multiple sectors.
• Work through all RIBA Work Stages from feasibility to completion.
• Produce and coordinate technical drawings.
