Qualifications

  • Run multiple projects with autonomy, supported by a well-structured and collaborative team.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the practice's evolving culture and standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape creative, context-sensitive architectural solutions that respond to real client needs
  • Take conceptual ideas into detailed, buildable, regulation-compliant designs
  • Prepare and coordinate drawings, technical packages, specifications, and planning submissions
  • Guide tendering, manage contractor relationships, and handle contract administration
  • Champion quality, compliance, and design integrity throughout the delivery process
  • Act as the day-to-day lead for clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Run multiple projects with autonomy, supported by a well-structured and collaborative team
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to the practice's evolving culture and standards

This is a role for architects who want authorship, responsibility, and a practice that genuinely cares about doing things properly.

What You Bring
  • Part 3 qualified with ARB/RIBA registration

  • Strong technical grounding, confidence on-site, and a solid understanding of contracts
