Overview

My Architecture Client are looking for an Architect to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop residential architecture projects, from initial concept through construction documents.
• Produce accurate technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to ensure design integrity and compliance with codes.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and construction administration as needed.
• Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and renderings for client approval.
• Ensure that all projects meet zoning, building code, and permitting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 3+ years of professional experience in residential architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit (portfolio demonstrating skills is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of residential building codes, standards, and construction methods.
• Excellent design, graphic, and visualization skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
