Role Overview:

As a qualified Architect (ARB registered), you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Leading and contributing to projects across all RIBA stages
• Producing detailed design and technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Managing planning submissions and Building Regulations compliance
• Contributing to design reviews and team mentoring (if experienced)

Requirements

• ARB registered Architect (Part 3 qualified)
• Strong technical and design skills, with a good working knowledge of UK building regs
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both conceptual and technical capabilities
• Experience across RIBA stages 3-5 preferred
