Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality apprenticeships in Early Years and/or Teaching Assistant standards.
• Sound understanding of End Point Assessment processes.
• Confident using digital platforms to enhance learner progress.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employers.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, and assess apprentices through tailored training.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and integrate English and maths.
• Collaborate with Functional Skills and curriculum teams.
• Enhance apprentice progress and curriculum relevance.
• Ensure timely preparation for End Point Assessment.

Skills

Qualified Assessor (A1, CAVA or equivalent)

Experience in Early Years education

Understanding of apprenticeship standards
