Job summary

Southern Regional College is seeking a part-time, temporary post to support the Apprenticeship Manager in coordinating apprenticeship programmes. The role focuses on funding drawdown, policy adherence for audit purposes, and accurate data entry into the Training and Apprenticeship Management System (TAMS) or other payment systems.

You will act as the key link between the Work Based Learning team, apprentices, and employers, ensuring smooth operations and timely documentation.

• Support Apprenticeship Manager in coordinating and managing students on Apprenticeship programmes.
• Ensure maximum funding drawdown and adherence to policy for audit readiness.
• Prepare and complete documentation and key data entry into TAMS or approved payment system.
• Act as the link between WBL & Training team, apprentices and employers.
