Job summary

Southern Regional College is recruiting to identify, plan, organise, direct and control a diverse range of apprenticeship programmes to meet contractual requirements and apprenticeship opportunities for faculties.

The role includes managing the administration of the Department for the Economy (DfE) Operational Requirements and related administrative activities through the Training and Management System (TAMS).

Qualifications

• Experience in managing apprenticeship programmes and coordinating complex administrative processes.
• Ability to work with external organisations and governance groups.
• Strong administrative and staff-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, plan, organise, direct and control a diverse range of apprenticeship programmes to meet contractual requirements and apprenticeship opportunities.
• Manage the administration of the Department for the Economy (DfE) Operational Requirements (ORs) and related administrative activities through the Training and Management System (TAMS).
• Represent the College in working groups with other relevant organisations and oversee staff in related areas.
