This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the very start of their career who is eager to learn, develop, and grow within the mechanical building services sector.

The Opportunity

Working from the company's Reigate office and supporting live projects across London, you will gain hands‑on experience across all stages of mechanical project delivery. This apprenticeship‑style position will give you exposure to estimation, planning, coordination, site activities, and client communication, offering a solid foundation for a long-term career within the industry.

Key Responsibilities (Training Provided)
  • Support senior project managers in the delivery of mechanical building services projects
  • Assist with procurement, scheduling, and documentation
  • Attend site visits across London to gain practical, real‑world experience
  • Learn how to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Help track project progress, costs, and quality
