About Blossoming Buddies: a new busy childcare setting based in Soham, providing home-based child care in a warm, cozy, stimulating setting. We follow the Hygge approach, encouraging children to explore and learn through play and imagination, appreciating our environment and bringing nature indoors. We are looking to expand with exciting development plans.

The successful candidate will start an Early Years Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship with Eden Training. Candidates who want a career in Early Years should apply.

Responsibilities

• You will need to be a team player who will be an asset to our small, caring, family-oriented setting.

Training to be provided

Apprenticeships include time away from work for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

Training schedule
The apprenticeship will take place at the workplace and will be delivered on a hybrid approach, including face-to-face visits and monthly meetings with the skills coach.
