A resource management company in Weston-super-Mare is seeking an Administrator to support the help desk function, supplier account management, and user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will have experience in administration, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will be supporting with the administration of our help desk function in line with compliance and internal policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for the supplier account administration, carrying out user acceptance testing on software updates and solving issues in a positive manner.
You will be asked to assist with the Procurement Support Desk Manager to provide techniques to aid better processes to the environment, ensuring continual relevance of instructions and guides.
