Overview

An exciting opportunity for a full‑time Clinic Booking Coordinator to support booking for new and follow‑up clinic appointments in the Paediatric Service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate booking for new and follow‑up clinic appointments.
  • Work closely with the Paediatric Administrator and Clinical team to ensure clinics are fully utilised.
  • Manage workload flexibly and prioritise using standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a professional reception service to patients, relatives, colleagues and Trust staff.
  • Use decision‑making skills to prioritise workload and meet Trust and department standards.
  • Assist with maintaining a safe and professional working environment.
Qualifications
  • Good time‑management skills and ability to organise workload.
  • Excellent IT literacy and customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication methods to a range of situations.
  • Experience using standard operating manuals and processes.
Eligibility

Due to Home Office immigration rules, this full‑time permanent vacancy cannot be filled by individuals on a Student visa. Applicants with a Graduate visa or a Skilled Worker sponsorship will be considered.
