A financial services company is seeking a Fraud Analytics Lead to oversee fraud detection efforts and collaborate with various teams. The role requires over 7 years of experience in fraud management and extensive skills in data analytics, SQL, and cross-functional communication. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is preferred. The successful candidate will develop strategies for fraud prevention and adapt to a dynamic work environment. The Fraud Strategy & Analytics team works cross‑functionally with Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, and Operations to combat fraudulent activities and to foster a safe platform.
We're looking for a new team member to help lead our team’s fraud monitoring and detection efforts and own fraud escalations as we scale internationally. Additionally, this role will work closely with our cross‑functional partners to help develop our fraud detection and decisioning systems.
Pay Grade – O
Equity Grade – 6
Employees new to AFFIRM typically come in at the start of the pay range. AFFIRM focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job‑related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by AFFIRM HOLDINGS, INC. (parent company).
GBP base pay range per year: £133,000 - £173,000
