Job description: Job Overview

Due to further growth NE&C Windows and Doors are looking to bring in an experienced Project Draughtsman from the aluminium window and door sector to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in and have the capacity to design architectural and production drawings, using both Logikal and AutoCAD. You will liaise with Project Clients and Architects to ensure required drawings are agreed and signed off within the required timescales.

Ensure cutting lists and production documentation is accurate and provided to production within our company KPIs.

Attend any required meetings and represent the company.

Carry out surveys as and when required.

Ensure O & M manuals are complete with each project.

Produce installer packs for each project.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) with a strong understanding of drafting techniques.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work produced.
• Experience in data analysis is preferred to support informed decision-making within projects.
