We're proud to support the IMOS (Integrated Merlin Operational Support) and the AESAS (Aircraft Engineering Support and Aviation Support) at RNAS Culdrose, delivering activities ranging from the repair and maintenance of military aircraft to off-aircraft support services. Culdrose is one of the Navy’s two principal air bases, and one of the busiest military airfields in the UK.

Our Aircraft Engineers will support Aircraft Engineering services at RNAS Culdrose across both AESAS and IMOS Contracts, supporting operational deliverables and interfaces in a highly regulated environment.

What you’ll need:

• Minimum of 3 years working in an airworthiness environment, relevant experience for the Merlin aircraft
• Hold/have ability to hold Certificate of Competency for Supervisory level
• Previous experience and a good working knowledge of the following: Merlin Aircraft Engineering and Aircraft Systems; Merlin Aircraft Servicing and Support Equipment; Lean Operating Procedures; Naval Air Publications and Compound Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (CIETP); Health and Safety; the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations; and Tool Control and Quality Practices
• An understanding of Engineering and Asset Management Systems
• Completed or be able to a Maintenance Human Factors Course
