Position : Air Freight Operator

High-Growth Start-Up Freight Forwarder

Location : Weybridge, Surrey

Salary : Up to £40,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-performing start-up freight forwarding business that is already exceeding expectations. Despite being newly established, the company has secured long-term clients and consistent business, and is now looking to hire its first operational team member.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end air freight operations with a strong focus on exports. This is a hands-on position where you will play a key role in day-to-day operations and support the wider commercial growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing full end-to-end air export operations
• Completing customs entries via CDS
• Handling documentation, bookings, and liaison with airlines, agents, and clients
• Supporting air imports where required
• Delivering a high level of customer service to established, long-term clients
