Overview

Job Title: Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Working Supervisor

Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Salary: £48,500

A M&E Contractor based in Peterborough are looking for Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Working Supervisor to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who can demonstrate expertise in providing technical support on a range of service & reactive maintenance contracts and installation projects. The position is a blend of working in the office producing quotations, risk assessments, and purchasing also working on site leading a team of AC Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Organising materials and sub-contractors.
• Creating risk assessments.
• Attend site meetings.
• Working with the Projects Manager allocating the workload accordingly, meeting customer deadlines and maintaining standards and quality of workmanship at all times.
• Ensuring health and safety is always maintained.
• Working alongside engineers or attending call outs in busy periods.

Qualifications and Experience

• Air Conditioning/Refrigeration trade qualifications.
• Previous experience and an understanding and knowledge of various manufacturers systems.
• The ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines.
• Experience of leading a team of Air Conditioning Engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
