• Maintenance, repair and installation of various air conditioning and HVAC systems
• Service and commissioning of various plant equipment
• Report quality and safety related non-conformances to line manager
• Ensure all relevant Health & Safety, COSHH and Permit to work regulations are adhered to at all times
• Work in commercial and distribution projects

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience in Building Maintenance and HVAC systems - commercial projects only
• Health and Safety qualifications would be advantageous
• F-gas Qualification
• Relevant HVAC certification
• CSCS Card would be advantageous
• Driving License
