Overview

Our client is a National Property and FM Provider. It is currently looking to hire an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer in Romford.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance at client sites, including small hospitals, commercial office space, research centres and retail sites.
• Maintain systems such as filters, split units, AHUs, FCUs and other related building services. 80% of work will be PPMs and 20% will be reactive.
• Fault-find, be pro-active, multi-skilled, and contribute to a proactive maintenance culture.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and F-Gas certificate.
• Proven track record of working in a similar role.
