Cytora is hiring a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. You will translate client needs into requirements, run discovery workshops, and help design AI-driven workflows at the intersection of AI and insurance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business analysis experience in insurance (underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution).
• Ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on with AI tools including prompt engineering and AI-driven workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Delivery Manager and client delivery team.
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify opportunities for Cytora value.
• Translate business needs into requirements and user stories for engineering/product teams.
• Identify data inputs, integration touchpoints, and exception scenarios early.
