Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is hiring a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. The role focuses on delivering AI-powered outcomes at the intersection of AI and insurance, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to turn business needs into practical solutions.

You will lead discovery, translate requirements, and shape data-driven decisions while working in a flexible environment with London/Remote options.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in insurance, with understanding of underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution.
• Ability to run client workshops and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work within the client delivery team on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification.
• Lead client discovery workshops and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Identify data inputs, integration touchpoints, and exception scenarios early in design lifecycle.
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using tools such as Thoughtspot.
• Design AI-driven workflows and AI output validation across end-to-end scenarios.
• Improve BA processes with AI to automate tasks and enhance insights.
