Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is hiring a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. You’ll translate client needs into requirements, run discovery workshops, and shape AI-driven workflows in insurance tech.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and product teams, manage data inputs and integrations, and contribute to reporting. This role offers hybrid/remote options and a path for growth within AI-enabled insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience with exposure to insurance or related sectors.
• Ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work within the client delivery team under the Delivery Manager to support sprint planning and backlogs.
• Lead client discovery workshops and challenge existing processes to add value.
• Translate client needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process designs for engineering and product teams.
• Identify data inputs, system integrations, and edge cases early in design.
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using tools like ThoughtSpot.
• Design and optimise AI-driven workflows and reporting strategies.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive analysis tasks and accelerate documentation.
• Own test strategy, acceptance criteria, UAT leadership, and AI output validation.
• Collaborate with agile teams to manage priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring live solutions and enhancing performance.
