Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team in London or remote. You will translate client needs into actionable requirements and help shape AI-driven insurance solutions.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and product, lead discovery workshops, and contribute to data-driven decision making while growing your skills in a fast-paced Insurtech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in insurance (underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution).
• Ability to run client workshops and influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Delivery Manager and client teams in sprint planning and risk identification.
• Lead client discovery workshops and translate needs into clear requirements.
• Design AI-driven workflows and validate outputs with QA and UAT.
