Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience with exposure to insurance (underwriting/claims/policy).
• Experience running client-facing workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification with the Delivery Manager.
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify opportunities to add value.
• Translate client needs into requirements, user stories, and process designs.
• Identify data inputs, integration touchpoints, and edge cases early.
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using Thoughtspot.
• Design AI-driven workflows, including prompt strategies and reporting.
• Improve BA practices with AI, automate analysis tasks, and accelerate docs.
• Own test strategy, acceptance criteria, and UAT for end-to-end flows.
• Collaborate in agile teams to manage priorities, risks, dependencies.
• Monitor live solutions and drive performance improvements over time.
