Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is hiring a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. You’ll translate client needs into requirements, support engineering and product, and lead AI-driven workflows.

The role blends insurance domain experience with hands-on AI tooling and stakeholder collaboration. Remote or hybrid work is available, with opportunities to influence product direction and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in insurance or related domains.
• Ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt strategies, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification.
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify value opportunities for Cytora.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for engineering and product teams.
• Design and optimize AI-driven workflows and reporting processes.
• Ensure quality through test strategies, acceptance criteria, and UAT leadership.
