Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, seeks a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team in London or remote. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, run client discovery workshops, and shape AI-driven insurance solutions for end users.

You’ll work with delivery managers, support agile teams, and drive value for clients while exploring opportunities to improve processes with AI. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience
• Proven ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with AI tools including prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows
• High standard of written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and translate client needs into clear requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data inputs and integration touchpoints
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using AI tools
• Drive AI-driven workflows and continuously improve BA efficiency with AI
