Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience with exposure to insurance.
• Experience running client-facing workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools including prompt engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Work within client delivery team under Delivery Manager to plan sprints, refine backlog, and identify risks.
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify opportunities to add value.
• Translate client needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process designs for engineering and product teams.
• Identify data inputs, integration touchpoints, and exception scenarios early in the design lifecycle.
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using Thoughtspot.
• Design and optimise AI-driven workflows including prompt strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve BA efficiency through AI-driven automation.
• Ensure solution quality through test strategy, acceptance criteria, and UAT leadership.
• Collaborate with agile delivery teams to manage priorities, risks, dependencies.
• Monitor live solutions and drive performance improvements through iteration.
