Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team. You will work across AI-enabled insurance workflows, translating client needs into actionable requirements and collaborating with engineering and product teams.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, drive process improvements, and help shape AI-driven solutions while reporting on product performance. This role supports hybrid and remote work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven BA experience in insurance domain.
• Experience leading client workshops and influencing stakeholders.
• Hands-on with AI tools and understanding of LLM behaviour.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support sprint planning and risk identification with Delivery Manager.
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify value opportunities.
• Translate business needs into requirements and user stories for tech teams.
• Identify data inputs and integration touchpoints early in design.
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance (Thoughtspot).
• Design AI-driven workflows and validate outputs.
