Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team in London or remote. You will drive outcomes at the intersection of AI and insurance, owning workshops, translating needs into requirements, and shaping end-to-end solutions with engineering and product teams.

You’ll work with agile delivery, support continuous improvement, and collaborate across a diverse group to deliver value to clients while advancing Cytora’s AI-powered platform.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in insurance or related sectors.
• Ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Delivery Manager and client delivery teams to plan and refine sprints.
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify opportunities to add value for end users.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and process designs for eng/PM teams.
• Identify data inputs, integration touchpoints, and exception scenarios early in design.
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using tools like Thoughtspot.
• Design AI-driven workflows and optimize reporting and prompts.
