Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team in the UK. You’ll translate client needs into clear requirements, support AI-driven workflows, and collaborate with engineering and product on real-world insurance solutions.

You’ll run workshops, guide agile delivery, and own test strategies while using tools like Thoughtspot to measure product performance.

Qualifications

Proven Business Analysis experience in insurance (underwriting, claims, policy administration or distribution).
Ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification.
Lead client discovery workshops and translate needs into requirements.
Define requirements, user stories, and process designs for ENG/PRODUCT teams.
Identify data inputs and integration touchpoints early in design.
Manage analytical reporting of product performance using tools like Thoughtspot.
Design AI-driven workflows and prompt strategies.
Automate repetitive analysis tasks to improve BA efficiency.
Own test strategy, acceptance criteria, and UAT for end-to-end scenarios.
Collaborate in agile delivery to manage priorities and risks.
Monitor live solutions and drive performance through iteration.
