Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team in the UK. You will bridge business needs and technical delivery, translating requirements for engineering and product, and guiding data-driven outcomes in insurance through AI-powered workflows.

You’ll run client discovery, design analytics, and own test strategies while collaborating with delivery managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience with exposure to insurance (underwriting, claims, policy administration, or distribution).
• Ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and understanding of LLM behavior.

Responsibilities

• Work within the client delivery team under the Delivery Manager, contributing to sprint planning and risk identification.
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify opportunities to add value.
• Translate client needs into requirements, user stories, and process designs for engineering/product teams.
• Identify data inputs and system integration touchpoints early in design.
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using tools like Thoughtspot.
• Design and optimise AI-driven workflows and prompt strategies.
• Improve BA efficiency through AI-enabled automation and better documentation.
