Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team in the UK. You’ll collaborate across AI-enabled insurance workflows, translating client needs into requirements and driving value with engineering and product teams.

You’ll lead discovery workshops, shape data integration plans, and oversee analytical reporting while advancing AI-driven processes and efficiency improvements across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience in insurance sector.
• Ability to run client workshops and influence stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompt engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with delivery team to plan sprints and manage backlog.
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify value opportunities.
• Translate client needs into requirements and user stories.
• Identify data inputs and integration touchpoints early.
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using Thoughtspot.
• Design AI-driven workflows and prompt strategies.
• Improve BA efficiency with AI and automating repetitive tasks.
• Ensure test strategy ownership and end-to-end validation.
• Collaborate in agile teams to manage priorities and risks.
• Monitor live solutions and iterate for performance.
