Job summary

Cytora, now an Applied Systems company, is seeking a Customer Business Analyst to join the Customer Success team in the UK. You will collaborate across AI and insurance, translate business needs into clear requirements, and help shape product and processes through data-driven insights.

You’ll lead client workshops, drive improvements in analytics, and work in a hybrid setup with remote options. This is a hands-on role where growth and ownership are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Proven Business Analysis experience, with insurance exposure.
• Ability to run client-facing workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification.
• Lead client discovery workshops and identify value opportunities.
• Translate client needs into clear requirements and user stories.
• Identify data inputs and system integration touchpoints early.
• Manage analytical reporting of product performance using Thoughtspot.
• Design AI-driven workflows and prompt strategies.
• Improve BA practices using AI to automate tasks.
• Own test strategy, acceptance criteria, and UAT.
• Collaborate in agile delivery to manage priorities and risks.
• Monitor live solutions and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align on priorities.
