Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own our AI enablement strategy end-to-end. You will build platforms, tooling, and frameworks that empower product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely and at scale.

This role requires hands-on leadership, deep ML/AI engineering expertise, and experience with LLMOps, vector databases, and production-grade pipelines. You will drive governance, cost optimization, and cross-functional upskilling to accelerate AI across the Actian

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML Engineer, LLMOps Engineer, or Software Architect with enterprise SaaS or data platform experience.
• Deep expertise in Python or Go, vector databases, and modern AI tooling.
• Proven ability to build scalable AI-powered systems with production-grade code.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI orchestration layers and API gateways for company-wide use.
• Embed AI features into the Actian Data Intelligence Platform with core engineering teams.
