Actian's AI Enablement Team seeks an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own our AI enablement strategy end-to-end. You will build platforms and tooling that allow product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely, rapidly, and at scale.

You will champion LLMOps, governance, and agentic workflows, driving data pipelines and innovative capabilities across the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.

Qualifications

Experience building AI-powered applications in enterprise SaaS or data platforms.
Proven track record of deploying AI features at scale.
Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain AI orchestration layers and reusable frameworks.
Embed production-ready AI features into the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
Establish guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring tools for AI implementations.
Monitor and optimize cloud/API compute spend and latency for AI features.
Lead workshops and create blueprints to empower non-AI teams.
Drive PoC to production AI projects with scalable code.
Standardize the AI tooling stack and caching strategies.
Evaluate open-source models and manage partnerships.
Track operational metrics and ROI of AI tools.
