Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own the AI enablement strategy across the Actian Data Intelligence Platform. You will build foundational platforms, tooling, and frameworks that enable product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely, rapidly, and at scale.

You will democratize AI across the organization, establish modern LLMOps practices, and lead cross-functional initiatives from PoC to production while driving cost efficiency and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong background as a Senior AI/ML Engineer, LLMOps Engineer, or Software Architect who has built and scaled AI-powered apps in enterprise SaaS or complex data platforms.
• Deep technical expertise in Python or Go, semantic search, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and fine-tuning or prompt engineering of LLMs.
• Ability to own and drive AI enablement strategy with strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect, scale, and own AI enablement strategy end-to-end within Actian.
• Design and maintain AI orchestration layers, API gateways, and reusable frameworks for company-wide use.
• Collaborate with core engineering teams to embed production-ready AI features into Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish LLMOps governance, safety, data privacy, and security across AI implementations.
• Monitor and optimize cloud/API compute spend and latency for production AI features.
• Lead upskilling workshops and create docs to empower non-AI teams.
