Job summary

Actian seeks an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own our AI enablement strategy end‑to‑end. You will build foundational platforms and tooling to allow product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely, rapidly, and at scale.

You will democratize AI across the organization, establish MLOps practices, and drive intelligent data pipelines and production-grade AI capabilities within the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML Engineer or Software Architect with enterprise SaaS experience.
• Deep Python/Go expertise and ML model deployment skills.
• Experience with vector DBs and modern LLM tooling.
• Proven ability to build scalable AI platforms and coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and own AI enablement strategy and platforms.
• Embed AI features into Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish LLMOps governance and monitoring.
• Optimize cloud spend and latency for AI features.
• Lead cross-functional upskilling and workshops.
• Drive PoC to production AI projects with production-grade code.
• Standardize AI tooling and vendor/Open-Source strategy.
• Track data-driven impact and ROI of AI tools.
