Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own our AI enablement strategy end-to-end. You will build foundational platforms, tooling, and frameworks that let product and engineering teams deploy AI safely, rapidly, and at scale in the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.

You will establish modern LLMOps, govern data privacy and security, drive cross-functional upskilling, and lead PoC-to-production AI initiatives with production-grade code.

Qualifications

• Strong background building AI-powered applications in enterprise SaaS or data platforms.
• Deep technical expertise in Python or Go, semantic search, vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, pgvector).
• Experience embedding AI features into production systems with scalable architectures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive AI enablement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect, scale, and own AI enablement strategy end-to-end.
• Design and maintain core AI orchestration layers, API gateways, and reusable frameworks.
• Embed production-ready AI/ML features into Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish LLMOps governance, privacy, security, and evaluation tools.
