Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect and own the AI enablement strategy end-to-end within our AI Enablement Team. You will build foundational platforms, tooling, and frameworks to empower product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely, rapidly, and at scale.

You will drive LLMOps governance, data pipelines, and vendor/open-source strategy, while upskilling teams and delivering production-grade AI features across the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML Engineer with enterprise SaaS or data platform experience.
• Deep expertise in Python or Go, semantic search, vector databases, and LLMs.
• Strong ownership and proactive framework development.
• Software engineering rigor: CI/CD, testing for AI, containerization.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI orchestration layers and reusable frameworks.
• Embed production-ready AI features into Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish strict LLMOps governance and monitoring tools.
• Monitor cloud spend and latency; optimize production AI features.
• Lead workshops and create docs to empower non-AI teams.
• Drive PoC to production for high-impact AI projects.
• Standardize AI tooling and vendor/open-source strategy.
• Track metrics: adoption rates, time-to-market, ROI.
