Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own our AI enablement strategy end-to-end. You will build foundational platforms, tooling, and frameworks to let product and engineering teams deploy AI safely, rapidly, and at scale.

You will democratize AI across the organization, establish modern LLMOps practices, and influence the Actian Data Intelligence Platform with agentic workflows and intelligent data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong background as a Senior AI/ML Engineer or Software Architect in enterprise SaaS or data platforms.
• Deep expertise in Python or Go and modern AI tooling.
• Proven experience with LLMOps, vector databases, and AI governance.
• Strong CI/CD, testing, and containerization practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale AI enablement strategies across product/engineering teams.
• Develop AI tooling, orchestration layers, and reusable frameworks.
• Embed AI features into the Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish governance, cost and latency optimization, and security safeguards.
• Lead cross-functional upskilling and PoC to production pipelines.
• Define and measure operational impact metrics.
