Job summary

Actian is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to architect, scale, and own our AI enablement strategy across the Data Intelligence Platform. You will build foundational platforms, tooling, and frameworks that empower product and engineering teams to deploy AI safely, rapidly, and at scale.

You will establish LLMOps, governance, and cost/latency optimizations while driving cross-functional upskilling and rapid PoCs to production. Flexible remote or hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Senior AI/ML Engineer or LLMOps experience in enterprise SaaS or data platforms.
• Strong Python or Go experience and AI software development discipline.
• CI/CD, testing AI models, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and clean code architecture.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the AI enablement strategy and platform.
• Design AI tooling, orchestration layers, and reusable frameworks.
• Embed AI features into Actian Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish LLMOps governance, guardrails, monitoring for bias, data privacy, and security.
• Optimize cost and latency of AI features, manage cloud compute spend.
• Lead cross-functional upskilling and workshops.
• Drive PoCs to production with scalable code.
• Standardize AI tooling stack and vendor/open-source strategy.
• Track data-driven impact metrics and ROI.
